Location: Cape Town, CBD

Cape Film Supply is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in a key Sales and Admin role. If you have a love for film photography, a knack for sales, and experience keeping an e-commerce operation running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

This position is crucial to our daily operations, involving direct interaction with our valued customers (both online and in-person) and ensuring the efficient management of sales, orders, and inventory within our film lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce & Order Fulfillment:

• Manage and process online orders through our e-commerce platform (Shopify/WooCommerce).

• Dispatch online orders using our shipping system (BobGo).

• Ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.

• In-Store Sales & Customer Service:

• Assist walk-in customers with sales, providing advice and answering questions about our film stocks and related photography products.

• Process in-store transactions using our POS system (Lightspeed).

• Inventory & Administrative Support:

• Keep track of inventory levels for film and other products.

• Assist in compiling and preparing purchase orders.

• Utilize Xero for relevant administrative tasks.

• Maintain clear and efficient team communication via Slack.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a sales role.

• Proven experience and proficiency with the following platforms:

• POS: Lightspeed

• E-commerce: Shopify or WooCommerce

• Shipping: BobGo (or similar shipping logistics platform)

• Accounting: Xero

• Communication: Slack

• Strong knowledge of different film stocks and photographic processes.

• A genuine passion for photography.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
