Film Return Policy:
Due to the sensitivity of photographic film to light and heat, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any photographic film products. Once the film has been purchased, it cannot be resold or reused, and thus we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for film purchases.
Photographic Paper Return Policy:
Unopened photographic paper can be returned within 10 days of receiving the goods for a full refund. Please ensure that the packaging remains intact and the product has not been opened or used in any way. Opened or used photographic paper will not be eligible for return or refund.
Photographic Accessories Return Policy:
All other photographic accessories can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the goods. The accessories must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
