We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to become the Operations & Team Lead in our bustling photographic film lab. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be the cornerstone of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers receive the highest quality service. You'll be the person who keeps us on track, solves problems with a smile, and fosters a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily lab operations, manage workflow, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keep our equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and find creative solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships.
  • Motivate and guide lab staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and maintain procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
  • Manage supplies and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and maintain digital filing systems for customer orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques, and be open to learning and developing new skills.

 

Bonus Points (Not Required, But a Plus):

  • Basic technical skills or an aptitude for learning technical processes.
  • Experience in a customer service or team leadership role.
  • Familiarity with film processing or photography.
